Hello from the Cape Verde Islands
We had a good 7 day downwind sail from the Canary Islands. We spent some time on the Illa da Sal and are now on Sao Viciente Island. The people here are welcoming and we are rested and ready for the next leg of the journey. The Atlantic Ocean crossing. We leave tomorrow for the 15 day passage to Barbados, in the Caribbean.

We are currently cruising the Med (started August 2008 from Slovenia) presently in Greece (Kos). Have plans to eventually cross the Atlantic and sail back to New Zealand.
