French Polynesia, the Society Islands, are absolutely beautiful. We have been to several islands and their anchorages, Tahiti, Moorea, Raiatea, Tahaa, and Bora Bora. The weather is warm, the water clear, the sunsets devine. Lots of amazing snorkeling on coral reefs. While in Bora Bora we ate at the famous Bloody Mary’s restaurant. Their list of famous people who have eaten there includes Carmen Diaz, Johnny Depp, Jimmy Buffet, and about 100 others. Oh, and they make a great bloody mary.

Our next excursion will be back out to sea for several days and nights to the Cook Islands, which will be a rest stop on the way to Tonga.
