Hello from the island of Patmos, Greece!

We spent about a month in Turkey then island hopped our way to Greece. We will continue cruising the islands, making our way to Athens. Then around the Peloponniso Islands before crossing the sea to Italy. It is definitely summer in Greece with long hot days. There are lots of charter yachts so some of the islands are a bit crowded, but occasionally we find a quiet cove to anchor in.

Patmos is where the Apostle John lived while he wrote The Book of Revelations, which is the last book in the bible. We visited the cave were it is said that he dictated his vision to a scribe.

Leaving Turkey.

Monastery on Simi Island, Greece.

Kos was a cute island. Lots of flowers in bloom and very colorful.

This is a charter boat called a Gullet.

The fastest ferry boat. It is on jet skies.

The island of Kalimnos.

Very sweet Vahti Bay on the island of Kalimnos.

We had dinner here the first night in Vahti.
